On the afternoon March 13, Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) China Country Director Ms. Karin Janz, together with program and M&E officer Mr. Dai Lun, visited the Guangzhou Award Secretariat and discussed with President Liang Guiquan of Guangzhou Institute for Urban Innovation on the future cooperation between the two organizations. The meeting is the first step to bridge their resource sharing and potential collaboration.

Dr. Karin Janz states that ISC and the Guangzhou Award share the same concept on urban development and hopes to jointly establish a platform to promote urban planning and governance, public engagement and sustainable development.
